Features
The effect comes with an optional frame border that the user can customise at will and a generous number of parameters to create your own look. However, what really makes the big difference is the image well in the parameters, which allows the use of your own textures/patterns or even video clips. As a result customisation options are endless. Take a look at the two demos below to get an idea.
Last but not least Lo-Fi Look boosts OSC such as Color Gradients Presets and Position. We believe this is a must have in your arsenal of FCP X plugins. Download the trial version to find out for yourself. (Lo-Fi Look comes with FxFactory 4.0.6).
Below is an example of how you can apply your own texture to the footage. In this case a cracked surface texture. You can apply video source too. Eventually you can modify the source clip in various ways using blend mode, blur, change opacity and size.

FxFactory requires ATI, NVIDIA or Intel HD graphics. A graphics card with at least 1GB of VRAM is highly recommended. Please install FxFactory 3.0.4 if your system is still running Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, Final Cut Express users should also download this version.
